GETTING STARTED

The first step would be to arrange a free 20-minute introductory call to discuss what you're looking for and how we might work together. This call would give us the opportunity to see if we’re a good fit and for you to ask any initial questions about the therapeutic process.

If we did decide to move forward, I would then send you my Welcome Pack, which includes my Therapy Agreement and Privacy Notice and we would agree a time and date for our first 60 minute session.

This first 60-minute session would include me gathering information about your history and background. It would also help me understand what you're currently experiencing and how it affects your life and relationships.   Please note that this process can take more than one session depending on what you bring and your history.

DURATION

Please note that I usually work with clients on a weekly basis, at the same time each week. That kind of consistency helps build trust, creates a steady rhythm, and offers the support you need.

At the same time, I understand that therapy is a big financial commitment. I aim to make the work both meaningful and affordable. Some people come for a focused block of 8 to 12 sessions, while others choose to work with me in a more open-ended way — we can talk together about what feels realistic and sustainable for you.

FEES

  • 20-minute introductory video call: FREE

  • 60-minute initial assessment session: £80

  • 60-minute weekly session: £80

I ask for payment in advance of the session.

I am also a recognised psychotherapy provider for Aviva, AXA Health and WPA. If you have a policy with one of these insurers, please contact them to confirm whether your policy covers you for psychotherapy work with me.
